North Las Vegas is looking forward to the opening of the latest free standing 24 emergency room – opening summer of 2018. Brian Harris and Rand Nelson are leading the charge on this new single story 11,000 sf building that will provide 24/7 services including 12 patient rooms, blood bank, pharmacy and X-ray room. The building’s exterior is constructed with pre-fabricated framed panels and a complete EIFS system – providing an efficient and aesthetic structure in record time.

MGM LAUNCHES $130 MILLION CONVENTION EXPANSION!

  Construction is well under way to MGM’s latest convention center expansion. This addition is enlarging the MGM Grand Convention Center by 250,000 square feet – bringing it to a total of 850,000 square feet. This will make it the second largest convention space in MGM Resorts portfolio after Mandalay Bay – whose latest expansion was also constructed by Vergith Contracting. Completion date set for 2019.

DON HALLER’S EXPERIENCE SHINES BRIGHT

  The centerpiece of the entire Ascaya development, the Clubhouse, was recently completed under the watchful eye of Don Haller. Don’s 40 plus years of experience forged the way for Vergith Contracting to help complete the $25,000,000 project in just over six months. The breathtaking level of architecture and design was difficult to build at best, but Don’s involvement and know-how was priceless to all contractors involved. We are excited to announce the hiring of Dennis C. Vergith! Mr. Vergith grew up in Montana and attended Montana State University where is majored in Industrial Education. During those years he worked with his father and brother in the commercial painting industry. In 1986 he relocated to Washington State. He has an extensive background in the painting industry. For 25 years Dennis has worked as a Union commercial painter in the Puget Sound greater metro area.
